摘  要:对GMAW焊接熔滴过渡的形式及其对焊接质量的影响进行讨论,指出脉冲射滴过渡形式比常规熔滴过渡具有更好的焊接工艺性和可控性。通过对熔滴过渡理论模型分析可知,流体动力学理论在小电流范围内对滴状过渡的动态模拟具有优势;“质量-弹簧”理论则充分考虑熔滴脱离过程振荡速度的影响,对熔滴过渡过程进行动态模拟的适应面更广,并能用于脉冲电流GMAW焊接熔滴过渡主动控制模式的分析探讨。This paper discusses the forms of droplet transfer in GMAW welding and their impact on welding quality.It points out that the pulse jet droplet transfer form has better welding processability and controllability than the conventional droplet transfer form.Through the analysis of the theoretical model of droplet transition,it can be concluded that fluid dynamics theory has advantages in dynamic simulation of droplet transition in the low current range.The"mass spring"theory fully considers the influence of oscillation speed during droplet detachment process,and has a wider applicability for dynamic simulation of droplet transition process.It can also be used for the analysis and exploration of active control mode of droplet transition in pulse current GMAW welding.
