摘  要:铜冶炼过程是全球重金属污染的主要来源之一,面对全国以及世界范围内铜精矿品质逐渐趋向于低粗贫杂化的现状,特别是冶炼烟气中氮氧化物(NO_(x))的排放对环境和人类健康造成了严重威胁。某铜冶炼企业作为一家采用富氧底吹熔池熔炼与转炉吹炼工艺的铜冶炼企业,面临着无自有矿山、原料来源多样且品质参差不齐的问题。这些因素导致冶炼烟气中氮氧化物(NO_(x))排放浓度不稳定,迫切需要系统性的解决方案。基于此,围绕如何降低高杂铜原料冶炼烟气中的氮氧化物(NO_(x))排放浓度,展开分析和研究,通过查找氮氧化物(NO_(x))在冶炼、制酸全流程中的分布规律,分析氮氧化物(NO_(x))在脱硫塔内的富集分布情况,并采取相应的控制措施,实现了冶炼烟气氮氧化物(NO_(x))浓度的稳定、超净排放,环保效益、经济效益显著。The copper smelting process is one of the main sources of heavy metal pollution worldwide.Faced with the current situation where the quality of copper concentrates gradually tends to be low,coarse,and poor,especially the emission of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))in smelting flue gas,it poses a serious threat to the environment and human health.As a copper smelting enterprise that adopts oxygen enriched bottom blown melt pool smelting and converter blowing process,a certain copper smelting enterprise is facing the problems of no self owned mines,diverse raw material sources,and uneven quality.These factors lead to unstable concentrations of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))emissions in smelting flue gas,and there is an urgent need for systematic solutions.Based on this,analysis and research are conducted on how to reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))emissions in the smelting flue gas of high impurity copper raw materials.By searching for the distribution pattern of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))in the entire smelting and acid production process,the enrichment and distribution of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))in the desulfurization tower are analyzed,and corresponding control measures are taken to achieve stable and ultra clean emissions of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))concentration in the smelting flue gas,with significant environmental and economic benefits.
