摘 要:喷吹煤粉是钢铁冶炼过程中高炉生产的关键环节,煤粉的成分指标对降低铁水成本起着至关重要的作用。常规的煤粉检测指标主要有工业分析指标和发热量,其中,工业分析指标的样品与常规煤的检测形式一致。发热量的表现形式较为复杂,不同燃烧条件、燃烧产物和不同状态的表现方式不同。通过比对和分析煤粉发热量不同方式,结合工艺生产过程确定了较为合理的空干基低位发热量作为报出方式,确保为生产提供更为可靠的指导依据,为提高喷煤生产效率,改进配比、降低成本提供理论依据。Spray pulverized coal is the key link of blast furnace production in the process of iron and steel smelting,and its composition index plays a vital role in making the scientific and reasonable ratio and reducing the cost of molten iron.The conventional coal powder detection indicators mainly include industrial analysis indicators and calorific value,among which the samples of industrial analysis indicators are consistent with the detection form of conventional coal.The manifestation of heat generation is quite complex,with different combustion conditions,combustion products,and states showing different ways of expression.By comparing and analyzing different ways of coal powder heat generation,and combining with the production process,a more reasonable method of reporting the low heat generation on an air dry basis has been determined to provide more reliable guidance for production.This provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of coal injection production,improving the ratio,and reducing costs.
