摘  要:通过对水浸式相控阵超声波车轮轮辋探伤误报警的问题分析,确定了造成水浸式相控阵超声波车轮轮辋探伤误报警的根本原因,为此提出“在水浸式相控阵超声波探头上安装一个楔块”的方法。通过理论计算,得出楔块设置要求,将水层的探伤区域与车轮轮辋的探伤区域进行分离,解决水层中气泡或杂质回波造成的水浸式相控阵超声波车轮轮辋探伤误报警。Through the analysis of the problem of false alarms in water immersed phased array ultrasonic wheel and rim testing,the fundamental cause of false alarms in water immersed phased array ultrasonic wheel and rim testing has been determined.Therefore,the method of wedge block"installing a wedge block on the water immersed phased array ultrasonic probe"is proposed.Through theoretical calculations,the setting requirement of is obtained,and the testing area of the water layer is separated from the testing area of the wheel and rim to solve the problem of false alarms in water immersed phased array ultrasonic wheel and rim testing caused by bubbles or impurity echoes in the water layer.
