摘  要:为了降低转炉炼钢的生产成本,提出基于炉气分析技术建立转炉冶炼终点碳质量分数动态预测模型。模型计算结果并未达到误差在±3℃时0.1%的命中率,故对吹炼终点启用Cubic函数曲线拟合模型,得到更精确的预测效果。通过预测模型对转炉冶炼终点碳质量分数指标进行更精确的控制,对降低冶金时间和减少原材料及能源的消耗具有重要意义。In order to reduce the production cost of converter steelmaking,a dynamic prediction model of carbon content at the end of converter smelting based on furnace gas analysis technology is proposed.The calculation results show that the hit rate of 0.1%when the error is±3℃is not reached.Therefore,Cubic function curve fitting model is used for blowing terminal to obtain more accurate prediction effect.It is of great significance to reduce the metallurgical time and the consumption of raw materials and energy by using the prediction model to control the carbon content index of the smelting end point more accurately.
