摘 要:为研究浸入式水口出口角度对Nb-Ti-IF钢板坯夹渣的影响,采用有限容积法建立连铸板坯三维数学模型,模拟了不同出口角度下板坯的流场及液面波动情况。模拟结果表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,出口角度向下35°的水口相比于出口角度向下15°的水口弯月面流速平均降低43.2%,跟踪后工序轧制临时封锁情况,使用出口角度向下35°的水口,能够将热轧钢质临封率和冷轧钢制临封率分别降低9.14%和3.77%。In order to study the influence of outlet angle of submerged nozzle on slag inclusion of Nb-Ti-IF steel slab,a three-dimensional mathematical model of continuous casting slab was established by finite volume method,and the flow field and liquid level fluctuation of slab at different outlet angles were simulated.The simulation results show that under the same other conditions,the meniscus velocity of the nozzle with the outlet angle down 35°is reduced by 43.2%on average compared with the nozzle with the outlet angle down 15°.Following the temporary blockade of rolling in the subsequent process,the hot rolled steel temporary sealing rate and the cold rolled steel temporary sealing rate can be reduced by 9.14%and 3.77%respectively by using the nozzle with the outlet angle down 35°.
