摘 要:探讨了废钢的比表面积、含渣量、含水量等参数对其熔化速度的影响。主要通过实验测量与理论计算相结合,分析了钢筋压块、边角压块、散料、粗颗粒四种常用类型废钢的熔化特点,重点讨论了铁水温度、废钢尺寸与形状、成分与状态等因素对废钢熔化速度的影响,并提出了优化废钢预处理和提高铁水纯度的建议,旨在为提高废钢利用效率、提升冶炼生产效率、降低成本提供理论依据。The influence of parameters such as specific surface area,slag content,and water content of scrap steel on its melting rate was explored.The melting characteristics of four commonly used types of scrap steel,namely steel bar pressing blocks,corner pressing blocks,bulk materials,and coarse particles,were mainly analyzed through a combination of experimental measurements and theoretical calculations.The influence of factors such as molten iron temperature,scrap steel size and shape,composition and state on the melting rate of scrap steel was discussed in detail.And suggestions were put forward to optimize the pre-treatment of scrap steel and improve the purity of molten iron.Aiming to provide theoretical basis for improving the utilization efficiency of scrap steel,enhancing smelting production efficiency,and reducing costs.
