基于NSGA多目标遗传算法的铁水运输调度研究

摘  要:针对某钢铁企业高炉—炼钢区间运输调度繁杂的问题,建立了以工序排程和资源约束的多目标优化模型。首先,基于铁水罐运行效率和周转率最高作为目标,以工序作业逻辑、工序顺序安排、铁水温降限度以及区间资源服务限制作为约束条件建立了上层高炉—炼钢区间的工序排程约束模型;其次,以区间资源的均衡利用程度最大化作为目标,以工序实施确定性和区间资源服务限制作为约束条件建立了下层高炉—炼钢区间的资源约束模型;最终,通过NSGA多目标遗传算法迭代对已有运输调度计划进行模型求解。通过实例的计算求解结果显示,该算法可以在运输调度容忍时限之内完成对各个工序环节的时间安排,并形成区间铁水运输排程的甘特图界面,使得调度人员能够快速掌握调度信息以及区间资源服务情况,从而达到辅助调度的目的。A multi-objective optimization model based on process scheduling and resource constraints was established to address the complex transportation scheduling problem in the blast furnace steelmaking section of steel enterprises.Firstly,based on the goal of maximizing the operating efficiency and turnover rate of the molten iron tank,a process scheduling constraint model for the upper blast furnace steelmaking interval was established with process operation logic,process sequence arrangement,molten iron temperature drop limit,and interval resource service limit as constraints.Secondly,with the goal of maximizing the balanced utilization of interval resources,a resource constraint model for the lower blast furnace steelmaking interval was established with process implementation certainty and interval resource service limitations as constraints.Finally,the NSGA multi-objective genetic algorithm was iteratively used to solve the existing transportation scheduling plan model.The calculation and solution results through examples show that the algorithm can complete the time arrangement of each process link within the tolerance time limit of transportation scheduling,and form a Gantt chart interface for interval iron transportation scheduling,enabling dispatchers to quickly grasp scheduling information and interval resource service situation,thus achieving the purpose of auxiliary scheduling.
