摘  要:详细介绍了某公司大型1号高炉2022年10月—2023年3月期间的高产降耗措施。通过强化外围原燃料管理,优化装料及送风制度,适当提高风温、提高富氧率、提高顶压及保持合适的炉温和铁温水平等措施,在球团比例大于50%的工艺条件下,高炉平均利用系数保持在2.48 t/(m^(3)·d),焦比为264.5 kg/t,煤比为201.1 kg/t,燃料比为514.1 kg/t,实现了高炉高产降耗冶炼。This article provides a detailed introduction to the high production and consumption reduction measures of a company's large-scale No.1 blast furnace from October 2022 to March 2023.By strengthening the management of peripheral raw materials,optimizing the loading and air supply system,appropriately increasing the air temperature,oxygen enrichment rate,top pressure,and maintaining appropriate furnace and iron temperature levels,under the process conditions of a pellet ratio greater than 50%,the average utilization coefficient of the blast furnace was maintained at 2.48 t/(m^(3)·d),coke ratio was 264.5 kg/t,coal ratio was 201.1 kg/t,and fuel ratio was 514.1 kg/t,achieving high yield and low consumption smelting in the blast furnace.
