摘  要:针对福建泉州闽光钢铁有限责任公司轧钢厂棒材生产线在切分轧制轧间控冷工艺生产过程中存在控冷后道次设备故障率高、通条负偏差偏差大的问题,分析问题产生原因,并提出优化改进措施。通过对轧间控冷工艺进行优化及应用,使得控冷后道次设备故障率明显降低,通条负偏差偏差大的问题得到有效改善。In response to the problems of high equipment failure rate and large negative deviation deviation in the controlled cooling process of the bar production line of Minguang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.during the cutting and rolling of the bar production line,this article analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes optimization and improvement measures.By optimizing and applying the controlled cooling process in the rolling mill,the failure rate of the pass equipment after controlled cooling has been significantly reduced,and the problem of large negative deviation deviation in the entire strip has been effectively improved.
