摘  要:采用中碳微合金化成分设计,耦合洁净钢冶炼工艺,生产475 mm特厚连铸坯,同时匹配低温、低速、大压下轧制策略,以及最佳热处理工艺制度与阶梯式升温方式,成功开发出150 mm特厚规格Q345qEZ35钢板。通过工业化生产结果表明,钢板屈服强度为341~355 MPa,抗拉强度为505~518 MPa,延伸率为30%~33%,-40℃冲击功为271~317 J,厚度上、下1/4位置性能均匀接近且富裕量充足;Z向断面收缩率为49%~60%,完全满足Z35标准要求。By adopting a medium carbon microalloying composition design and coupling with clean steel smelting technology,a 475 mm thick continuous casting billet was produced.At the same time,low temperature,low speed,and high pressure rolling strategies were matched,as well as the optimal heat treatment process system and stepped heating method.A 150 mm thick specification Q345qEZ35 steel plate was successfully developed.The industrial production results show that the yield strength of the steel plate is 341-355 MPa,the tensile strength is 505-518 MPa,the elongation is 30%-33%,the impact energy at-40℃is 271-317 J,and the performance at the upper and lower 1/4 positions of the thickness is uniform and close,with sufficient margin.The Z-direction cross-sectional shrinkage rate is 49%~60%,fully meeting the requirements of Z35 standard.
