烧结配加kumba南非矿粉工业生产实践

摘　　要：通过新进购kumba南非矿粉,用于提升烧结矿品位,改善烧结矿冶金性能指标,在265㎡的2台烧结机上进行工业生产实践。投入生产后,数据结果表明:烧结在配加10%kumba南非矿粉时,运用900 mm以上的厚料层进行烧结技术攻关后,通过控制配水、适当进行压料等措施,成品烧结矿化学成分稳定,质量指标可以满足公司内控指标的标准要求。By purchasing new Kumba South African ore powder,it was used to improve the grade of sintered ore and enhance its metallurgical performance indicators.Industrial production practice was carried out on two sintering machines with an area of 265 square meters.After being put into production,the data results showed that when sintering with 10%kumba south African mine powder,using a thick material layer of over 900 mm for sintering technology research and adjustment through measures such as controlling water distribution and appropriate pressing,the chemical composition of the finished sintered ore was stable,and the quality indicators could meet the standard requirements of the company's internal control indicators.
