脱硫剂消耗对炼钢工序生产节奏以及成本影响的分析

摘　　要：为降低炼钢工序生产成本,以某钢铁厂300 t转炉生产线为研究对象,结合实际生产数据,研究KR脱硫工艺脱硫剂消耗对炼钢工序成本的影响。研究结果表明:脱硫剂消耗量在6.2 kg/t以上时,脱硫剂消耗的降低对搅拌时间以及过程温降影响较小。当脱硫剂消耗降低至6.2 kg/t以下时,脱硫剂消耗降低会导致搅拌时间延长,增加过程温降,提高转炉工序生产成本。In order to reduce the production cost of steelmaking process,a 300 ton converter production line of a certain steel plant was taken as the research object,and combined with actual production data,the impact of KR desulfurization process desulfurizer consumption on steelmaking process cost was studied.The research results indicate that when the consumption of desulfurizer is above 6.2 kg/t,the decrease in desulfurizer consumption has a relatively small impact on stirring time and process temperature drop.When the consumption of desulfurizer decreases to below 6.2 kg/t,the decrease in desulfurizer consumption will lead to longer stirring time,increased process temperature drop,and increased production costs in the converter process.
