摘　　要：介绍了晋钢230 m^(2)烧结机脱除CO的操作实践,采用末端处理、料面喷吹蒸汽、烟气循环、富氢燃烧、微负压点火、调整原燃料配比、稳定水分等多种工艺技术手段,以全面减少污染物排放,确保CO排放数据指标得到有效降低。This article introduces the operational practice of removing CO from a 230 m^(2) sintering machine at Jingang.Various process technologies such as end treatment,steam injection on the material surface,flue gas circulation,hydrogen rich combustion,micro negative pressure ignition,adjustment of raw fuel ratio,and stable moisture are adopted to comprehensively reduce pollutant emissions and ensure effective reduction of CO emission data indicators.
