摘  要:详细阐述了建邦集团通才工贸有限公司轧材厂单高棒轧制Φ22 mm规格17—20架孔型改进的全过程。通过深入分析料型跳动的原因,对相关孔型进行精心设计与修改,成功实现了Φ22 mm规格与Φ20 mm规格孔型的共用,显著减少了辊环库存备用量。此次改进有效解决了料型跳动和堆钢等问题,降低了操作难度,减轻了导板磨损,节省了导板成本和库存占用资金,取得了极其显著的经济效益,为轧材厂的生产优化提供了宝贵的经验和借鉴。This article elaborates on the entire process of improving the hole pattern of 17-20 frames for single high bar rolling with a diameter of 22 mm at Rolling Plant of Jianbang Group Quanzhi Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of material type jumping,careful design and modification of relevant hole patterns were carried out,successfully achieving the shared use of hole patterns for theΦ22 mm andΦ20 mm specifications,significantly reducing the inventory reserve of roller rings.This improvement effectively solved the problems of material type jumping and steel stacking,reduced operational difficulty,reduced guide plate wear,and achieved remarkable results in saving guide plate costs and reducing inventory capital occupation.It has achieved extremely significant economic benefits and provided valuable experience and reference for the production optimization of rolling mills.
