摘  要:某企业高炉富氧喷煤需氧量严重不足,为满足高炉富氧炼铁,进行氧喷吹改造,新建1座空分设备,制氧能力为16600 m^(3)/h。项目改造后高炉富氧率由2.24%提升至3.75%,单位炼铁能源消耗由408.75 kgce/t降低至397.08 kgce/t,较改造前降低2.85%。基于改造前后完整年运行数据,按照节能量计算方法归一化分析计算,高炉富氧喷吹节能改造每年可产生节能量35995 tce,达到了节能效果。The oxygen demand of oxygen-rich coal injection in the blast furnace of the enterprise is seriously insufficient.In order to meet the requirements of oxygen-rich iron making,oxygen spraying transformation is conducted,and an air separation equipment is built with an oxygen production capacity of 16600 Nm^(3)/h.After the transformation of the project,the oxygen rich rate of blast furnace increased from 2.24%to 3.75%,and the energy consumption per unit of iron making was reduced from 408.75 kgce/t to 397.08 kgce/t,2.85%lower than that before the transformation.Based on the complete annual operation data before and after the transformation,according to the normalized analysis and calculation of the energy saving calculation method,the energy saving transformation of oxygen-rich injection of blast furnace can produce energy saving of 35995 tons of standard coal every year,which achieves the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction.
