摘　　要：2022年11月,新钢8号1050 m^(3)高炉开始出现炉缸局部温度偏高现象。2023年6月2日,高炉安全停炉。采用炉缸快速浇筑方式进行炉缸修复,仅23 d就完成高炉大修。通过精心制定停开炉方案,采取铁口预埋氧枪开炉技术,48 h内高炉各操作参数恢复到正常水平,实现了快速达产达标。The No.8 blast furnace(1050 m^(3))of Xingang was shut down on June 2,2023 due to local high temperatures in the furnace hearth starting from November 2022.The furnace hearth was quickly poured and underwent major repairs in just 23 days.By carefully formulating a shutdown and start-up plan and using iron mouth pre-embedded oxygen lance start-up technology,all operating parameters of the blast furnace can be restored to normal levels within 48 hours,achieving rapid production and compliance.
