摘 要:针对铝电解生产中普通钢爪电阻大、能耗高、高温下易氧化腐蚀、钢爪直径逐渐变细等问题,采取推广节能钢爪的应用,并进行电阻测量试验。试验结果表明,节能钢爪热态压降均值比普通钢爪压降均值低12 mV,节能钢爪可降低直流电耗38.8 kW·h/t,节能降耗效果显著,能够进一步降低企业生产成本。In response to the problems of high resistance,high energy consumption,easy oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures,and gradually decreasing diameter of ordinary steel claws in aluminum electrolysis production,the application of energy-saving steel claws is promoted and resistance measurement tests are conducted.The experimental results show that the average pressure drop of energy-saving steel claws in the hot state is 12 mV lower than that of ordinary steel claws.The energy-saving steel claws can reduce DC power consumption by 38.8 kW·h/t,and the energy-saving and consumption reducing effect is significant,which can further reduce the production cost of enterprises.
