摘　　要：金矿浮选工艺涉及矿物组分的复杂性和金粒细度的细微差别,对浮选设备进行选择和工艺优化具有重要影响。自吸气浮选机因其无需外加空气压缩系统,在降低能耗和提高回收率方面表现突出。详细讨论自吸气浮选机的工作原理、设备选型,并根据实际应用案例,从操作流程、工艺优化和效果分析等方面进行分析,展示了自吸气浮选机在提高精矿品位、增加回收率和降低生产成本方面的显著优势。The gold ore flotation process involves the complexity of mineral components and subtle differences in gold particle fineness,which have an important impact on the selection of flotation equipment and process optimization.The self suction flotation machine performs outstandingly in reducing energy consumption and improving recovery rate because it does not require an external air compression system.Detailed discussion on the working principle and equipment selection of self suction flotation machine,and analysis based on practical application cases from the aspects of operation process,process optimization,and effect analysis are provided,demonstrating the significant advantages of self suction flotation machine in improving concentrate grade,increasing recovery rate,and reducing production costs.
