摘  要:针对连铸生产中对改善铸坯中心偏析和减少中心疏松的质量要求,开发了铸坯压下系统。主要阐述方坯连铸机铸坯压下系统相关机械、液压、电控等设备组成,详细介绍拉矫机电机驱动系统、液压油缸压下系统、自动化控制系统、HMI人机界面系统等组成。该系统实现了铸坯驱动控制、油缸位置检测、压下辊位置标定、铸坯压下控制以及系统故障保护等功能。在实际生产中,方坯拉速在3.0 m/min以上,压下量为10~15 mm,压下精度可以控制在±0.1 mm以内。实践结果表明,该铸坯压下系统能够执行工艺模型或通过HMI设定的参数完成对铸坯的精确压下,满足工艺生产要求。In view of the quality requirements for improving the center segregation of the billet and reducing the looseness of the center in continuous casting production,the billet pressing system is developed,the billet pressing system of the billet continuous casting machine and related mechanical,hydraulic,electronic control and other equipment components are proposed,and the motor drive system of the straightening machine,the hydraulic cylinder pressing system,the automation control system,the HMI human-machine interface system and other components are introduced in detail,realizing the functions of billet drive control,cylinder position detection,pressure roller position calibration,billet pressing control,and system fault protection.In actual production,the drawing speed of the billet is above 3.0 m/min,the amount of compression is 10~15 mm,and the accuracy of the roll seam can be controlled within±0.1 mm.The practical results show that the system can execute the parameters set by the process model or HMI to complete the precise pressing of the billet to meet the process production requirements.
