摘　　要：基于收粉除尘工艺流程,详细介绍了转底炉系统中收粉除尘系统的设计范围、布袋除尘器硬件组态和收粉除尘控制方案,并对一些报警与联锁的参数、主要画面及操作重点进行介绍。通过使用收粉除尘装置,可以对经余热锅炉冷却后的高温烟气进行净化,不仅能保护现场环境,而且能调节转底炉炉膛压力,确保转底炉正常生产。Based on the process flow of powder collection and dust removal,this article provides a detailed introduction to the design scope of the powder collection and dust removal system in the rotary hearth furnace system,the hardware configuration of the bag filter,and the powder collection and dust removal control scheme.It also introduces some alarm and interlock parameters,main screens,and key operation points.By using a powder collection and dust removal device,the high-temperature flue gas cooled by the waste heat boiler can be purified,which not only protects the on-site environment,but also adjusts the furnace pressure of the rotary hearth furnace to ensure normal production of the rotary hearth furnace.
