摘　　要：主要介绍了某炼铁厂链篦机-回转窑球团配套电除尘器通过增加通道数,重点介绍除尘器扩容后,壳体结构优化,阴极吊挂结构改进等技术措施,达到增加除尘器收尘面积目的,提升机头除尘电场粉尘捕集能力,高效除尘,最终实现排放达标。This article mainly introduces the combination of chain grate machine and rotary kiln pellet electric dust collector in a certain ironmaking plant.By increasing the number of channels,the technical measures of expanding the dust collector,optimizing the shell structure,and improving the cathode hanging structure are emphasized to increase the dust collection area of the dust collector,improve the dust collection capacity of the head dust removal electric field,efficiently remove dust,and ultimately achieve emission standards.
