摘  要:针对轧钢加热炉烧钢过程中燃烧效率低、能耗高及排放污染问题,开展优化燃烧控制技术及节能减排措施研究。通过确定轧钢加热炉烧钢最佳燃烧带,实现燃料高效利用与炉内温度均匀分布;引入模糊优化控制技术,实现燃烧参数的智能调节与动态优化。同时,实施余热回收、低NO_(x)燃烧等节能减排措施。通过对比优化前后的加热炉运行数据,证明优化方案可有效提高加热炉烧钢热效率,降低能耗与污染物排放,为钢铁行业绿色生产提供了有力支持。In response to the problems of low combustion efficiency,high energy consumption,and emission pollution in the steel rolling heating furnace,research is conducted on optimizing combustion control technology and energy-saving and emission reduction measures.By determining the optimal combustion zone for steel heating in the rolling furnace,efficient fuel utilization and uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace can be achieved.Introducing fuzzy optimization control technology to achieve intelligent adjustment and dynamic optimization of combustion parameters.At the same time,energy-saving and emission reduction measures such as waste heat recovery and low NO_(x) combustion will be implemented.By comparing the operating data of the heating furnace before and after optimization,it is proven that the application of the optimization scheme effectively improves the steel burning efficiency of the heating furnace,reduces energy consumption and pollutant emissions,and provides strong support for green production in the steel industry.
