摘　　要：针对转炉半钢冶炼存在的渣系组元单一、化渣困难的问题,采用热态钢包渣代替化渣助熔剂改善渣系,深入研究转炉半钢炼钢的造渣工艺。实践结果表明,实施热态钢包渣再利用后,取得了较好的效果,降低了生产成本。In response to the problems of single slag components and difficult slag transformation in converter semi steel smelting,hot ladle slag is used instead of slag transformation flux to improve the slag system,and the slag making process of converter semi steel steelmaking is deeply studied.The practical results show that the implementation of hot ladle slag reuse has achieved good results and reduced production costs.
