摘 要:在矿山工程设计中,有时需将部分永久工程布置在隔水层中,从而避开含水层,确保工程施工安全、缩短项目建设工期。但在施工过程中,由于各种地质构造原因,隔水岩层中亦有可能出现工作面出水的情况,严重威胁巷道围岩稳定及掘进施工安全。为解决该项难题,提出一种板岩中高水压探水孔注浆堵水方法,主要对其施工方案进行介绍。应用效果表明,注浆后的巷道围岩未出现开裂变形和底鼓现象,达到了加固围岩、封堵渗水通道预期目的,确保了胶带巷道安全。In mining engineering design,it is sometimes necessary to arrange some permanent works in aquitards to avoid aquifers,ensure construction safety,and shorten project construction period.However,during the construction process,due to various geological structural reasons,there may also be water seepage from the working face in the waterproof rock layer,which seriously threatens the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel and the safety of excavation construction.To solve this problem,a method of grouting and blocking water in high water pressure boreholes in slate is proposed,and the construction plan is mainly introduced.The application effect shows that there is no cracking deformation or bottom bulging phenomenon in the surrounding rock of the tunnel after grouting,achieving the expected goal of reinforcing the surrounding rock and blocking the seepage channel,ensuring the safety of the belt tunnel.
