摘  要:对金属化球团在电炉环节吃入的成本核算、温降及电耗影响、炉况侵蚀等进行了分析,得出成本方面因金属球的含铁量较高,具有一定的成本优势,因渣量大、温降大对温度及电耗的影响较大,以及因碱度低炉渣的频繁冲刷进而对炉况产生影响等结论,并针对实际问题提出改进建议。This article analyzes the cost accounting,temperature drop and power consumption impact,and furnace condition erosion of metalized pellets in the electric furnace process.It concludes that the metal balls have certain cost advantages due to their high iron content,and the large amount of slag has a significant impact on temperature and power consumption due to the large temperature drop.Additionally,the frequent erosion of slag due to low alkalinity also affects the furnace condition.Improvement suggestions are proposed for practical problems.
