摘  要:二十辊轧机的板形调控手段中,一中间辊的在线横向窜动是最常用,也是最有效的调控方式。推-推式中间辊横移作为一种常用的结构方式,其横移轴承直接接触中间辊辊端进行推动,横移轴承的最常见损坏形式是轴承外圈爆裂。横移轴承的爆裂会使一中间辊头断裂,磨损辊身导致轧辊报废,严重时会导致轧机内起火,危害非常巨大。于是对横移轴承爆裂的原因进行了分析,并提出相应改进措施。在实际生产中,该改进措施明显降低了横移轴承的爆裂频率,减少了事故发生,提高了生产效率。Among the plate shape control methods of the 20-high rolling mill,the online lateral movement of 1st intermediate roll is the most commonly used effective control method.As a common structure,the push-push lateral bearing directly contacts the end of the intermediate roll.The most common damage form of the lateral bearing is the burst of the bearing outer ring.The bursting of the lateral bearing will break the intermediate roll head,wear the roll body and scrap the roll,further in serious cases,fire will be caused in the mill,which is very dangerous.This paper analyzes the causes of lateral bearing burst,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.In the actual production,the improvement measures obviously reduce the burst frequency of the lateral bearing,reduce the occurrence of accidents and improve the production efficiency.
