摘 要:近年来山东钢铁日照公司坚定不移走绿色发展道路,以2号5100 m^(3)大型高炉为研究对象,分析生产中发现的问题,并通过改良生产工序、优化高炉工艺流程来解决问题,寻找适合大型高炉节能减排的新思路、新办法,从而减少炼铁对环境的污染,降低炼铁工序能耗。通过对2号5100 m^(3)高炉采取炉顶料罐煤气全煤气回收操作技术,实现了料罐煤气全回收,达到了节能减排的目的,符合钢铁企业绿色环保要求。同时,为应对废钢市场行情的变化,创新实行高炉铁后铁水配加废钢技术,不断降低高炉运营成本,实现高炉技术进步。In recent years,Shandong Iron and Steel Rizhao Company unswervingly take the road of green development,No.25100 m^(3) large blast furnace has been found in the production of problems to improve the production process,optimize the blast furnace process to solve the problems encountered,looking for new ideas and new methods suitable for large blast furnace energy saving and emission reduction,so as to reduce the environmental pollution of iron making and reduce the energy consumption of iron making process.By adopting the full gas recovery operation technology for the top material tank gas of No.25100 m^(3) blast furnace,the full recovery of tank gas and the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction are achieved,in line with the green environmental protection requirements of iron and steel enterprises.In order to cope with the change of scrap steel market,the technology of adding scrap steel to hot metal after blast furnace iron is innovated and implemented to continuously reduce the operating cost of blast furnace and realize the progress of blast furnace technology.
