摘  要:介绍了冷连轧机压上系统辊缝控制的优化改进,旨在减少高速断带时堆钢、轧辊缠钢等问题,提升冷轧生产效率。通过优化辊缝控制设计,采用断带信号和末机架速度值判断高速断带,并快速切换液压回路状态,将辊缝打开至设定值,有效降低了设备损失和事故处理时间。优化后的系统在马钢某冷连轧机上予以实施应用,显著提高了轧制速度和生产效率,断带处理时间由5 h以上缩短至1 h以内,减少了轧辊损失,为企业创新创效提供了有力支持。This paper describes the optimisation and improvement of the roll gap control of the press-on system of the cold continuous rolling mill,aiming at reducing the problems of steel stacking and roll entanglement during high-speed belt breakage,and improving the production efficiency of cold rolling.Through the optimisation of roll gap control design,the belt break signal and the end stand speed value are used to judge the high speed belt break,and the hydraulic circuit state is quickly switched to open the roll gap to the set value,which effectively reduces the equipment loss and accident processing time.The optimised system was implemented in a cold rolling mill of Masteel,which significantly improved the rolling speed and production efficiency,and the processing time of broken belt was shortened from more than 5 hours to less than 1 hour,which reduced the loss of rolls,and provided strong support for the enterprise's innovation and efficiency.
