摘　　要：详细介绍了张宣科技特钢公司自主开发的短流程短流程炼钢智能生产管理控制系统软件的设计原则、系统整体架构和各模块功能。使用短流程炼钢智能生产管理控制系统后,不仅能够提高炼钢过程的自动化和信息化水平,提高炼钢决策的智能化程度,提高生产效率,而且可以降低生产成本,降低现场作业人员的劳动强度,节约人工成本,实现炼钢全流程精细化的产品信息管理,利于产品质量追溯。This article provides a detailed introduction to the design principles,overall system architecture,and module functions of the short process and short process steelmaking intelligent production management control system software independently developed by ZhangXuan Technology Special Steel Company.After using the short process steelmaking intelligent production management control system,not only can the automation and informatization level of the steelmaking process be improved,the intelligence level of steelmaking decision-making be enhanced,and production efficiency be improved,but also production costs can be reduced,the labor intensity of on-site operators can be reduced,labor costs can be saved,and refined product information management of the entire steelmaking process can be achieved,which is conducive to product quality traceability.
