摘  要:对高炉降料面期间高炉煤气的取样和检测方法进行了阐述,同时收集了首钢京唐2号高炉近几年降料面时的煤气检测数据,并对H_(2)、CO和CO_(2)组分变化趋势进行了分析。对煤气成分进行快速准确的检测有助于指导降料面的操作,保证降料面过程安全、顺稳。On the one hand,the sampling and detection methods of blast furnace gas during the reduction surface period of the blast furnace were explained.On the other hand,the gas detection data during the reduction surface period of Shougang Jingtang No.2 blast furnace in recent years were collected,and the trend of changes in hydrogen,carbon monoxide,and carbon dioxide components was analyzed.Rapid and accurate detection of gas composition helps guide the operation of the feeding surface,ensuring the safety and smoothness of the feeding process.
