摘　　要：随着城市化的迅猛推进与燃气产业的蓬勃扩张,厨房燃气安全问题日益凸显,近年来燃气爆炸的悲剧屡见不鲜,人民群众的生命安全与财产权益正面临着日益严峻的挑战和风险。本文详细阐述了一种数字厨房防护系统的设计背景、技术方案和发展前景。本设计通过融合物联网技术、云平台技术、大数据技术,开发出一套集远程监测、平台管理、报警、指挥和紧急切断等功能于一体的智慧数字厨房防护系统,可显著提升厨房燃气安全水平,为千家万户的厨房安全保驾护航。With the rapid advancement of urbanization and the vigorous expansion of gas industry,the problem of kitchen gas safety has become increasingly prominent.In recent years,the tragedy of gas explosion is not uncommon,and people's life safety and property rights and interests are facing increasingly severe challenges and risks.This paper describes in detail the design background,technical scheme and development prospect of a digital kitchen protection system.Through the integration of Internet of Things technology,cloud platform technology and big data technology,this design develops a set of intelligent digital kitchen protection system integrating remote monitoring,platform management,alarm,command and emergency cutting functions,which can significantly improve the kitchen gas safety level and escort the kitchen safety of thousands of households.
