基于轻量骨干网络的变电站一次设备运行状态智能监测技术

摘  要:变电站通常处于如高温、低温、潮湿、电磁干扰等恶劣环境中,这些环境因素会影响监测设备的准确性和稳定性。为此,提出一种基于轻量骨干网络的变电站一次设备运行状态智能监测技术。首先,设计了型号为Model-IDC1000的变电站一次设备运行状态数据采集器,对采集来的变电站一次设备运行状态数据完成聚类处理;其次,建立了MobileNet V2轻量骨干网络,基于此实现变电站一次设备运行状态智能监测;最后,试验结果表明所提方法的数据聚类效果明显,且变电站一次设备运行状态数据更新频率更高,智能监测精度更优。Substations are usually located in harsh environments such as high temperature,low temperature,humidity,electromag-netic interference,etc.These environmental factors can affect the accuracy and stability of monitoring equipment.Therefore,a light-weight backbone network based intelligent monitoring technology for the operation status of substations primary equipment is proposed.Firstly,it designs a Model-IDC1000 substation primary equipment operation status data collector to perform clustering processing on the collected substation primary equipment operation status data.Secondly,it establishes a MobileNet V2 lightweight backbone network to achieve intelligent monitoring of the substations primary equipment operationa status.Finally,the experimental results show that the data clustering effect of the research method is significant,and the update frequency of substations primary equipment operation status data is higher,resulting in better intelligent monitoring accuracy.
