摘  要:为研究对冲锅炉左右侧墙高温腐蚀程度差异大的问题,对某台630 MW超临界旋流对冲锅炉进行二次风箱和燃烧设备检查,采用飘带示踪法检查燃烧器喷口的气流形态。结果表明:锅炉左侧二次风箱严重积灰、燃烧器结构缺陷集中及气流贴壁喷口数量多,引发炉膛左侧严重缺氧及煤粉扩散燃烧,形成高浓度还原性气氛,导致左侧墙水冷壁大面积高温腐蚀;锅炉右侧燃烧状况优于左侧,高温腐蚀面积小;可通过清理风箱积灰、处理缺陷燃烧器、优化燃烧器导流筒扩口角度等措施减缓水冷壁高温腐蚀。In order to study the problem of large difference in high temperature corrosion between the left and right side walls of the op-posed firing boiler,it inspects the secondary air box and combustion equipment of a 630 MW supercritical swirl opposed firing boiler,and observes the airflow pattern of the burner nozzle by the ribbon tracer method.The results show that the serious ash deposition in the secondary air box on the left side of the boiler,the concentration of structural defects in the burner and the large number of air flow nozzles attached to the wall lead to serious hypoxia and diffusion combustion of pulverized coal on the left side of the furnace,forming a high concentration reducing atmosphere,resulting in a large area of high temperature corrosion of the water wall on the left side wall.The combustion condition on the right side of the boiler is better than that on the left side,and the high temperature corrosion area is small.The high temperature corrosion of the water wall can be slowed down by cleaning the ash accumulation of the air box,treating the defective burner and optimizing the expansion angle of the burner guide tube.
