摘 要:根据地下水封原理,进行储存的石洞油库在工程完工前应进行气密性试验,以检验储油洞罐是否存在泄漏。由于我国至今在地下水封洞库气密性试验的理论、方法、实施要求和评价判定等方面仍不成熟,因而现有工程验收中均参照执行国外公司的相关工程技术标准。文章参照国储II期各工程所进行的气密性试验经验,介绍了气密性试验的基本方法、流程和试验条件,给出了与试验压力相关的计算修正公式,并根据误差理论和工程实践提出了可以按照与压力变化有关的各测量值的合成不确定度作为泄漏评价的标准,最后给出了根据试验方法在某工程中的一个应用实例,并进行了合格性评价。试验方法和评价可以为国内水封洞库工程提供参考和借鉴。The air-tightness test shall be carried out prior to engineering mechanic completion for oil storage cavern based on the principle of underground water-sealed,in order to check the leakage.Because the theory,method,practical requirement and appraise criterion of air-tightness test for underground water-sealed cavern are still immature yet,so the impletion of cavern acceptance at present project is all in accordance with the relevant engineering standard from foreign company.Referring to the experiences of completed engineering for state oil stockpiles phase II,this paper introduced the basic method,procedure and test condition of air-tightness test,gave the calculation correction formula relation to test pressure,and based on error theory and engineering practice,put forward taking a overall uncertainty of related measurements involved in the computation of the correct pressure variation as the appraise criterion of cavern leakage.A engineering example based on this test method was finally given,and appraise of qualification was done..This test method and appraise should be used as reference and a salutary lesson in domestic underground water sealed oil storage cavern engineering.
