摘  要:加强圈是大型LNG储罐内罐的重要组成部分,能有效提高LNG储罐内罐的抗失稳能力。文章针对LNG储罐在珍珠岩外压作用下的失稳问题,建立了内罐罐壁和加强圈的有限元分析模型,重点研究了加强圈数量和初始缺陷对于罐壁稳定性的影响,结果表明线性屈曲分析不能直接用于罐壁稳定性分析,需结合带初始缺陷的非线性分析结果进行内罐稳定性评定,才能得到贴合实际工程的临界外压。文章提出了利用罐体临界外压进行罐体稳定性评估方法,对于LNG储罐内罐加强圈设计有一定的指导意义。The reinforcement ring is an important part of the inner tank of a large LNG tank,which can improve the anti-instability ability of the inner tank of the LNG tank effectively.This paper focus on the instability problem of inner shell under the perlite external pressure,a finite element analysis model of the inner tank wall and reinforcement ring is established,the influence of the number of reinforcement rings and initial defects on the stability of the tank wall is researched.The result shows that linear buckling analysis cannot be directly used for tank wall stability analysis,it is necessary to evaluate the nonlinear analysis stability of the inner tank with the initial defect,that the critical external pressure fit the actual project.This paper proposes a method for evaluating tank shell stability by using the critical external pressure,which has certain guiding significance for the design of the inner tank reinforcement ring in the LNG tank.
