摘　　要：某公司新建项目采用环己烯酯化加氢法制环己酮新工艺,其中,苯部分加氢单元催化剂浆液循环泵为核心设备。该设备使用过程中需考虑耐磨蚀、耐腐蚀,高入口压力及高温环境,存在固、液两相流等一系列苛刻要求。本次国产化从轴向力平衡设计、含固工况过流部件的处理、水力设计、喉部衬套和泵盖组合式设计等方面进行了攻关,催化剂循环泵投用后各项参数满足设备长周期、稳定运行要求。该设备的研制对苯部分加氢催化剂循环泵的国产化替代具有开创性意义,填补了该领域的空白。A new project of a certain company adopts a new process of cyclohexene esterification hydrogenation to produce cyclohexanone,in which the catalyst slurry circulation pump of the benzene hydrogenation unit is the core equipment.During the use of this equipment,it is necessary to consider a series of strict requirements such as wear resistance,corrosion resistance,high suction pressure and high temperature environment,and the presence of solid and liquid two-phase flow.This localization transformation has carried out research and development from the aspects of axial force balance design,treatment of flow components containing solid working conditions,hydraulic design,and combination design of throat bushing and pump cover.After the catalyst circulation pump is put into use,all parameters meet the requirements of long-term and stable operation of the equipment.The development of this equipment has pioneering significance for the localization of circulating pumps for benzene partial hydrogenation catalysts,filling the gap in this field.
