摘  要:在“双碳”目标的大背景下,为降低能耗,结合某新建芳烃联合装置的低温热现状和终端用户情况,经耦合优化,将装置低温热产生的150t/h低低压饱和水蒸汽进行压缩提级使用,即通过整体齿轮式压缩机将低低压的饱和蒸汽从0.6MPa增压到1.8MPa的过热蒸汽,实现了低品位蒸汽在更高温度下的使用,此举措产生效益约2.5亿元/年。该水蒸汽压缩机的性能工作区间较窄,通过复杂的控制实现了机组的长周期稳定运行。该类型机组是国内同类装置的首次应用,在实践中总结了一些经验和注意事项,以期分享。Under the background of“dual carbon”target,in order to reduce energy consumption,according to the low temperature heat status and the terminal heat users in the new built aromatics complex plant,the 150 t/h low-low pressure saturated water steam(0.6 MPa)is compressed to 1.8 MPa superheated steam by integral geared compressor,which realizes the application of turning low-grade steam to higher grad.This implementation bring benefits of about 250 million yuan/year.The performance operation range of the water steam compressor is narrow,and the long-term stable running is realized through complex control.This type of compressor was the first application in domestic similar plant,and some practice experience are summarized for share.
