摘  要:油气管道内部沉积物对管道输送效率和设备安全具有一定影响,通过采取有效手段对其进行检测诊断和合理管控清除可以确保油气管道系统的安全可靠运行。文章分析探讨了几种管道内部沉积物检测技术,并重点介绍了压力脉冲检测技术的基本原理以及其在两段在役天然气输送管道的实际应用情况,其中一段曾出现过卡堵事故。检测结果显示,针对前期出现卡堵事故的输气管道,压力脉冲检测技术给出的管道内部沉积物位置与前期清管器卡堵位置基本一致,沉积物体积估算结果与后期除盐溶解液中的盐结晶体积相差仅2m^(3),另一段管道内部较为洁净,沉积物较少。综上所述,压力脉冲检测技术对于管道内部沉积物的检测评价效果良好,能够准确获取沉积物的体积、厚度和位置分布等关键信息,可为油气管道内部沉积物的有效清除及安全运行提供科学支持。The presence of internal deposits in oil and gas pipelines has a significant impact on pipeline transportation efficiency and equipment safety.Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of oil and gas pipeline systems requires the implementation of effective measures for the detection,diagnosis,and controlled removal of these deposits.This paper analyzes and discusses various techniques for detecting internal pipeline deposits,with a specific focus on the fundamental principles and practical applications of pressure pulse detection technology.The study includes the examination of two operational natural gas transmission pipelines,one of which experienced a blockage incident.The results of the pressure pulse detection technology application revealed a close correspondence between the identified locations of internal deposits and the previous blockage incident detected by cleaning tools in the gas transmission pipeline.The estimated volume of deposits showed a minimal discrepancy of only 2m^(3) when compared with the volume of salt crystals in the desalination solution used during subsequent maintenance.In contrast,the other pipeline section exhibited a cleaner interior with fewer deposits.In conclusion,the pressure pulse detection technology demonstrated robust performance in the evaluation of internal pipeline deposits.It accurately provided key information such as volume,thickness,and the spatial distribution of deposits.This technology offers scientific support for the effective removal of internal deposits and the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines.
