摘 要:焚烧环保装置中高温烟气管道为了适应设备及管道本身的热膨胀,一般需要增设膨胀节和弹簧架从而使其刚度较低、柔性较高。有时会因后端流程中的引风机的压力脉动而发生管内压力波动,从而诱发管道振动。剧烈的管道振动会对管道产生破坏,造成严重的安全事故,因此需要对该类型管道进行振动分析,并找到合理的办法降低振动。文章针对某焚烧项目中烟气管道振动现象,进行了理论分析并结合CAESARⅡ、FLUENT、ANSYS软件进行了模拟计算,找出了用于高温烟气管道振动分析的数值模拟方法及减弱该管道振动的处理方法。In order to adapt to the thermal expansion of the equipment and the pipeline itself,the high temperature flue gas pipeline in the incineration environmental protection device generally needs to add expansion joints and spring frames to make it have low stiffness and high flexibility.Sometimes the pipe vibration is induced by the pressure pulsation of induced draft fan in the back-end process.Severe pipeline vibration will damage the pipeline and cause serious safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the vibration of this type of pipeline and find reasonable ways to reduce the vibration.In this paper,the vibration phenomenon of flue gas pipeline in an incineration project is theoretically analyzed,and the simulation calculation is carried out combined with CAESARⅡ,FLUENT and ANSYS software.The numerical simulation method for vibration analysis of high-temperature flue gas pipeline and the treatment method to reduce the vibration of the pipeline are found out.
