梅花针叩刺拔罐联合超短波加高压氧治疗对带状疱疹患者的疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨梅花针叩刺拔罐联合超短波加高压氧治疗对带状疱疹(HZ)患者的疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月南昌三三四医院收治的90例HZ患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例),两组均采用常规药物治疗,对照组采用超短波加高压氧治疗,观察组采用梅花针叩刺拔罐联合超短波加高压氧治疗。比较两组的临床效果、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、止泡时间、结痂时间及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,止泡时间和结痂时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺拔罐联合超短波加高压氧治疗HZ可加快皮疹消退,改善患者睡眠质量,减轻疼痛程度,且不良反应并未增加。Objective To investigate the effect of plum-blossom needle tapping and cupping combined with ultrashort wave and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on pain and sleep quality in patients with herpes zoster(HZ).Methods A total of 90 patients with HZ admitted to the 334 Hospital of Nanchang from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases).Both groups were treated with conventional drugs.The control group was treated with ultrashort wave and hyperbaric oxygen.The observation group was treated with plum-blossom needle tapping and cupping combined with ultrashort wave and hyperbaric oxygen.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,sleep quality,anti-foam time,scab time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the blister stopping time and crusting time were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Plum-blossom needle tapping and cupping combined with ultrashort wave and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of HZ can accelerate the regression of rash,improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce the degree of pain,and the adverse reactions did not increase.
