基于加权优劣解距离法的苦碟子注射液药物利用评价标准建立与应用

摘　　要：目的建立苦碟子注射液的药物利用评价(DUE)标准,基于加权优劣解距离(TOPSIS)法对该药临床使用合理性进行评价,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法根据相关资料建立苦碟子注射液的DUE细则,采用加权TOPSIS法对2024年1月至4月北京丰台医院的154例苦碟子注射液的使用情况进行评价和分析。结果154份病历的相对接近程度系数(Ci)为38.39%~100%,其中合理病历(Ci≥80%)有62例(40.26%),基本合理病历(60%≤Ci<80%)有72例(46.75%),不合理病历(Ci<60%)有20例(12.99%)。不合理用药主要表现在疗程、用法用量、禁忌证、适应证等方面。结论基于加权TOPSIS法的苦碟子注射液用药合理性评价具有可行性,评价结果可以直观反映临床用药的总体合理性及存在的问题,更好地指导临床用药。Objective The drug use evaluation(DUE)standard of Kudiezi Injection was established,and the rationality of clinical use of Kudiezi Injection was evaluated based on the weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method,which provided reference for promoting clinical rational drug use.Methods The DUE rules of Kudiezi Injection were established according to the relevant data,and the use of Kudiezi Injection in 154 cases of Beijing Fengtai Hospital from January to April 2024 was evaluated and analyzed by weighted TOPSIS method.Results The relative consistency index(Ci)of 154 medical records ranged from 38.39%to 100%,of which 62(40.26%)were reasonable(Ci≥80%),72(46.75%)were basically reasonable(60%≤Ci<80%),and 20(12.99%)were unreasonable(Ci<60%).Irrational drug use is mainly manifested in course of treatment,usage and dosage,contraindications,indications and so on.Conclusion The evaluation of rational use of Kudiezi Injection based on weighted TOPSIS method is feasible,and the evaluation results can directly reflect the overall rationality and existing problems of clinical use,and better guide clinical use.
