维持性血液透析患者自尊状况及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探析维持性血液透析患者自尊状况,并分析相关影响因素。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月九江市中医医院收治的82例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,记录所有患者的临床资料,调查并比较相关资料的差异。采用自尊量表(SES)评估维持性血液透析患者自尊水平,后进一步采用线性回归分析维持性血液透析患者自尊状况的相关影响因素。结果82例维持性血液透析患者自尊评分15~37分,平均(25.50±2.34)分。不同社会支持、希望水平、家庭人均月收入以及每周透析频率的维持性血液透析患者SES评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,希望水平(β=0.819,B=1.750,95%CI:0.120~3.379)、社会支持(β=0.396,B=1.853,95%CI:0.219~3.486)、家庭人均月收入(β=0.821,B=1.827,95%CI:0.194~3.461)、社会支持每周透析频率(β=0.816,B=1.758,95%CI:0.134~3.380)是维持性血液透析患者自尊状况影响因素(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者自尊评分较低,社会支持、希望水平、家庭人均月收入以及每周透析频率是其影响因素。Objective To explore the self-esteem status of maintenance hemodialysis patients and analyze related influencing factors.Methods A total of 82 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.The clinical data of all patients were recorded,and the differences of relevant data were investigated and compared.The self-esteem level of maintenance hemodialysis patients was evaluated using the self-esteem scale(SES),and linear regression analysis was further used to identify the relevant influencing factors of their self-esteem status.Results The self-esteem scores of 82 maintenance hemodialysis patients ranged from 15 to 37 points,with an average of(25.50±2.34)points.SES scores of maintenance hemodialysis patients with different social support,hope level,per capita monthly family income and weekly dialysis frequency were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that hope level(β=0.819,B=1.750,95%CI:0.120-3.379),social support(β=0.396,B=1.853,95%CI:0.219-3.486),per capita monthly family income(β=0.821,B=1.827,95%CI:0.194-3.461),weekly dialysis frequency of social support(β=0.816,B=1.758,95%CI:0.134-3.380)were the influencing factors of self-esteem in maintenance hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis have lower self-esteem scores,which are influenced by factors such as social support,hope level,per capita monthly family income,and weekly dialysis frequency.
