摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径护理联合童趣式护理在腹股沟斜疝患儿术后的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月九江市妇幼保健院收治的400例腹股沟斜疝术后患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各200例。观察组采用临床路径护理联合童趣式护理方法,对照组采用临床路径护理方法。比较两组患儿的并发症发生率、疼痛评分、心理弹性评分。结果观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的心理弹性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腹股沟斜疝术后患儿采用临床路径护理联合童趣式护理干预,其实施后的效果相对较好,可减少患儿并发症发生情况,缓解患儿疼痛,改善患儿心理弹性,可被临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway nursing combined with children's fun nursing in children with oblique inguinal hernia after surgery.Methods A total of 400 children with oblique inguinal hernia after surgery treated in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.Clinical pathway nursing combined with children's fun nursing was adopted in the observation group,and clinical pathway nursing was adopted in the control group.The complication rate,pain score and mental resilience score of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological resilience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with oblique inguinal hernia after surgery,clinical pathway nursing combined with children's fun nursing intervention has a relatively good effect after implementation,which can reduce the incidence of complications,relieve pain and improve psychological resilience of children,and can be promoted in clinical application.
