摘　　要：目的分析加速康复外科理念配合家庭干预对良性前列腺增生患者IPSS评分的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的80例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用加速康复外科理念配合家庭干预。比较两组的恢复情况、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及护理满意度评分。结果观察组排气时间、留置导管时间、下床时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前IPSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预后IPSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生患者采用加速康复外科理念配合家庭干预可缩短患者病情恢复时间,其前列腺症状明显减轻,患者对各项护理服务都表示满意,临床上可借鉴及推广。Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery concept combined with family intervention on IPSS score in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery concept combined with family intervention.The recovery,international packet switched service(IPSS)and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The exhaust time,catheter indentation time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IPSS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the IPSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The enhanced recovery after surgery concept combined with family intervention can shorten the recovery time of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,and their prostatic symptoms are significantly alleviated.The patients are satisfied with various nursing services,which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
