摘　　要：数字资本主义是20世纪70年代以来资本主义第五次经济长波的表现形式。在第五次经济长波的扩张段,数字资本主义通过技术替代实现深度扩张,通过空间蔓延实现广度扩张,通过时间延伸实现长度扩张。在衰退段,数字资本主义以空间衰退为开端,随即引发金融动荡,造成巨大的数字鸿沟和全面的“数字化衰退”。本轮数字资本主义长波正处在衰退期的最后阶段,新的生产力系统正在酝酿着下一轮长波的复苏和繁荣。资本主义第六次经济长波的核心主题是“新一代移动互联技术整合的智能化生产模式”,数字资本主义将朝着智能资本主义的方向转变。在这种背景下,我国要加快形成以新能源为动力、以新材料为基础、以移动互联和智能化生产为生产组织方式的新质生产力系统。Digital capitalist is a manifestation of the fifth economic long wave of capitalism that has emerged since the 1970s.During the expansion phase of this wave, digital capitalism has achieved expansion in depth through technological substitution, expansion in width through spatial diffusion, and expansion in length through temporal extension. In the decline phase, digital capitalism begins with spatial contraction, which subsequently triggers financial turbulence, leading to a significant digital divide and an overall “digital recession”. The current long wave of digital capitalism is in the final stage of decline, with a new productive system brewing for the revival and prosperity of the next long wave. The core theme of the sixth economic long wave of capitalism is the “intelligent production model integrated by the new generation of mobile internet technologies”, and digital capitalism is set for transition towards intelligent capitalism. Against this backdrop,China must accelerate the formation of a system of new quality productive forces driven by new energy, based on new materials, and organized around mobile internet and intelligent production methods.
