摘  要:轻烃回收装置是炼化企业的常见装置之一,其换热物流较多,能量利用常存在优化空间。以某厂轻烃回收装置为研究对象,应用Aspen Energy Analyzer对换热网络进行分析,并结合实际流程进行优化。在碳二系统增加一台换热器E283,将吸收塔中沸器出口吸收剂(热物流H04)与碳四解吸塔回流罐顶出口气体(冷物流C04)进行换热,节省公用工程620.0 kW,折合标油53.2 kg/h。在碳三系统中,将碳五分离塔塔底液进再沸器物流(冷物流C05)的加热介质由0.5 MPa蒸汽改为凝结水,可降低能耗(折合标油)133.1 kg/h,为生产带来经济效益。The light hydrocarbon recovery unit is one of the common units with many heat exchange streams in refining and chemical enterprises,presenting opportunities for energy utilization optimization.Taking the light hydrocarbon recovery unit of a certain factory as the research subject,Aspen Energy Analyzer is applied to analyze the heat exchange network,and optimization is carried out based on the actual process.A heat exchanger E283 is added to the C_(2) system to exchange heat between the absorbent(hot stream H04) at the outlet of the intermediate reboiler in the absorption tower and the gas(cold stream C04) at the top outlet of the reflux tank of the C_(4) desorption tower,saving 620.0 kW of utility engineering,equivalent to 53.2 kg/h of standard oil.In the C_(3) system,the heating medium used for the bottom liquid of the C_(5) separation tower entering the reboiler(cold stream C05) is changed from 0.5 MPa steam to condensed water,which can reduce energy consumption(equivalent to standard oil) by 133.1 kg/h,and bring economic benefits to the production.
