摘  要:某炼油企业1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置为了满足环保指标,降低烟气中SO_(2),以及改善烟气蓝烟拖尾现象,采用加入烟气硫转移催化剂(CSC)的方式,使烟气中SO_(2)的质量浓度由850 mg/m^(3)降低至350 mg/m^(3),再经过美国贝尔格湿法脱硫工艺(EDV)进一步脱SO_(2)后,达到排放指标,烟气拖尾现象也得到大大缓解。经过核算:CSC硫转移效率可达到58.82%;使用CSC后,每年可节约碱液成本268.82万元;同时又无需增加新设备,投资少,见效快,因此加入烟气CSC硫转移剂是一种高效、经济又环保的手段。经过工业应用还表明:CSC硫转移剂对产品分布、催化剂流化等均无不利影响。In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection target,reduce the SO_(2) content in FCC flue gas and improve the tail-trailing phenomenon of blue flue gas,sulfur transfer agent(CSC) was added into the flue gas of a 1.2 Mt/a FCC unit in a certain refinery.The content of SO_(2) in flue gas was reduced from 850 mg/m~3 to 350 mg/m~3.The SO_(2) in flue gas outlet was further removed by the wet desulphurization process(EDV) of USA Berge Company,the emission target was realized and the flue gas trailing phenomenon was also greatly alleviated.By calculation,the efficiency of sulfur transfer agent could reach 58.82%.After using sulfur transfer agent,the annual cost of lye could be saved by 2.688 2 million yuan.At the same time,there was no need to add new equipments.Accordingly,addition of sulfur transfer agent in flue gas was an efficient,economic and environmental protection means.The commercial application also showed that sulfur transfer agent had no adverse effect on the product distribution and catalyst fluidization.
