气动密闭鹤管洗车系统在油品槽车清洗中的应用

摘　　要：针对某石化企业原有油品槽车清洗工艺可能引发环境污染和对人员健康构成危害的问题,将原有洗车系统进行了升级改造,引入了气动密闭鹤管洗车系统。改造后的应用效果表明:新系统实现了全封闭的洗车过程,这不仅有效避免了在蒸洗槽车时向大气中的排放污染气体,满足了当前的环保要求。同时,新系统能够适应不同类型槽车的清洗需求,且能耗较低。In response to the potential environmental pollution and health hazards posed by the original cleaning process of petroleum product tankers at a certain petrochemical enterprise,the original washing system was upgraded and reformed,introducing a pneumatic sealed crane car washing system.The application results after the reformation indicate that the new system has realized a fully enclosed washing course,which not only effectively prevents the emission of polluting gas into the atmosphere during the steam washing of tankers,but also meets current environmental protection requirements.At the same time,it adapts to the cleaning needs of different types of tankers with relatively low energy consumption.
