高CO耐硫变换技术的发展及应用

摘  要:随国内煤气化技术的发展,煤制合成气中CO体积分数越来越高,对耐硫变换工艺及反应器提出了更高的要求。以壳牌Shell粉煤气化高CO变换技术应用为例,对比了几种典型的耐硫变换工艺及耐硫变换反应器的优缺点,分析了其对耐硫变换催化剂的要求以及目前应用过程中需要解决的诸多问题。基于此,本文提出等温耐硫变换工艺及反应器可以有效地解决当前的问题,更适合发挥耐硫变换催化剂的性能,并对未来高CO耐硫变换技术的发展提出展望。With the development of domestic coal gasification technology,the volume fraction of CO in coal to synthesis gas is increasing,which puts forth higher requirements for the sulfur-tolerant shift technologies and reactors.Taking the application of Shell gasification shift technology under high content CO condition as an example,advantages and disadvantages of several typical sulfur-tolerant shift technologies and the sulfur-tolerant shift reactors are compared.The requirements for sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts and many problems that need to be solved in the current application process are analyzed in depth.Based on this,this article proposes that the isothermal sulfur-tolerant shift technology and its reactor are more suitable for sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts,which can effectively solve the current problems.The future development of the sulfur-tolerant shift technologies under high CO content condition is prospected.
